This Just In! UK Tights Managing Director Trapped in Pokéball!
This week, the Manchester Evening News printed an article about UK Tights in its business section.
I think I can speak for us all when I say this fame thing is wearing a bit thin.
For me, fending off the Paparazzi on my way to the Co-op, blurry eyed and slipper-clad in the name of semi-skimmed Cravendale, is not my idea of a rollicking good time. With all this fame directed at UK Tights, I’m thinking of carrying around a box of presigned autographs for the sake of the pedestrians that continuously stop me on the way to the gym/electronics store/nick-nack emporium.
Mustn’t complain though! The BBC started this snowball effect by having us on the Breakfast Show and since then, their seems to have been an avalanche of interest directed at us. The latest was a regional newspaper, the Manchester Evening News. The M.E.N. boasts the claim of being the nation’s biggest regional paper. How is it possible to be the nations biggest regional paper? I don’t rightly know. The M.E.N. is printed and distributed in our very own little town and they even own our local paper.
I urge you to read the article they published on us, as it’s quite a nice little mention, especially since our family and friends will probably see this at some point.
It’s good to see UK Tights moving up in the world from National to Regional News, but there was one thing I had to mention with sheer puzzlement. Why do Dawn and Jonathan look like Pokémon?
. . .
. . .
. . .

Yes, that’s right!
Anyway, take a look at the article and tell us what you think. If you run any of your own points of publishing, like a blog or an opinion website, why not email me and tell me what you thought and tell me if you’ve seen any other news stories we might be interested in.
Just a reminder, our Halloween competition ends next week, so send in your photos. They don’t have to feature you, just some nice pics will do.
Thanks for reading, everyone!
